• SONDA – Sexual Orientation Non-Discrimination Act (A.2825) –outlaws discrimination on basis of sexual orientation in housing, employment, education, accomodation, and credit – Pride Agenda's position: SUPPORTS (more information on SONDA)
• Hate Crimes (A.1242) – increases penalties for bias motivated offenses, including anti-gay/lesbian crimes – Pride Agenda's position: SUPPORTS
• HIV Partner Notification (A.6629-B) – size="-1">requires reporting of names of all HIV-positive persons and their partners – Pride Agenda's position: OPPOSED
• Domestic Violence (A.988) – grants lesbian and gay survivors of domestic violence access to Family Court –Pride Agenda's position: SUPPORTS
