We invite you to join our efforts to outlaw discrimination of transgender, transsexual and gender variant New Yorkers. GENDA would ensure that people who regularly present in a gender different from the sex assigned to them at birth receive fair treatment in housing, employment and public accommodations.

Join the growing list of supporters for GENDA by endorsing the following statement: I/We believe that descrimination on the basis of gender identity or expression is wrong and urge the New York State Legislature to pass the Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act. I/We recognize the right of all New Yorkers to live free of discrimination based on gender identity and expression in housing, employment and public accommodations.
